Modernization of the CNC Punch Press SALVAGNINI

Type of the engine installed: servomotors with disc rotor

During modernization, two Servo Converters XDC Series were installed to meet the following technical specifications:
- rated input voltage – 140 V
- rated output current 11 А and 36 А
- peak output current 17 А and 65 А
- analog reference ±10 V
- speed feedback sensor – tachogenerator.

Prior to the modernization, the drives of type AZM II have been installed on the machine. The reason for replacing the drive is the frequent failure of the power transistors.
