We present a new product - a step-up single-phase converter CDA-48-220-3-1 for converting a direct current with voltage of 48 V into a single-phase alternating current with voltage of 220 V and frequency of 50 Hz.

Application:

• supply of power pumps, compressors, fans, security systems, video surveillance systems, office and home appliances, which require trouble-free operation;
• for sources of alternative energy – wind-generators and solar batteries;
• work in onboard power systems of the vehicles, in particular in railway wagons.

Step-up three-phase inverter converts a direct current with voltage of 110 V into a three-phase current with voltage of 380 V, and frequency of 50 Hz and provides frequency (soft) start of the motor.

Application:

• supply of three-phase pumps, compressors, fans and other equipment that require trouble-free operation;
• work in onboard power systems of the vehicles, in particular in railway wagons.

Features:

• Output power - up to 6 kW;
• Power supply voltage range - DC from 90 to 150 V;
• Stabilized output voltage - 380 V with frequency of 50 Hz;
• Protection system - from overload, from exceeding the range of supply voltage, from overheating, from incorrect polarity connected batteries;
• Communication interface - RS-485 Modbus.

Added function of control on protocol Modbus RTU (RS-485). This allows to control the unit with the programmable logic controller (PLC) and combine control units into the network.

Available functions of mode selection , reverse control, setting output current or voltage to obtain current measurements values, status monitoring and diagnosis of problems, reading the state of discrete inputs and control of discrete outputs.

Servodrives model XDC-201 are the small-size version of servo series XDC-200.

Compact four-quadrant servodrives DC XDC-201 are designed to work with low-voltage DC motors in speed, position and torque control modes with feedback via tachogenerator, encoder or without external feedback.

Servo XDC-201 used in designing or upgrading of servo-systems, which is important for high performance, compact size and low cost.

The unit is designed to control a reversible / irreversible controlled three-phase thyristor rectifier in the current and voltage stabilization modes and to control the triggering angle with the linearization of the regulation characteristics, as well as for the power control of three-phase heaters and other processes which need the regulation of the effective value of the output voltage. New models of XDC-110, XDC-120 and XDC-130 have been released. The new models are one-quadrant (Irreversible) and they have four control modes:

• Speed control mode with a tachogenerator.
• Speed control mode with the compensation of losses in the rotor circuit (I*R).
• Torque control mode.
• Electric drive excitation current control mode.

The last mode is intended for the construction of the two-zone electric drive when working in conjunction with the servo сonverter armature circuit (for example, XDC 200 series or any other). This mode provides stabilization of the electric drive excitation current when operating in the first zone and a transition to the second zone when the armature voltage reaches the nominal value. This model is a more powerful version of Servo amplifier XDC series.
The range of rated output current increased to 75A . The range of working voltage is increased to 400V, that allows you to connect Servo amplifier to a three-phase industrial network and work with electric motors of direct current with a rated voltage of the anchor to 400V.
Also added function of limiting the maximum acting output voltage value twice, allowing you to use motors with a rated voltage of the anchor to 220 V, in a three-phase power transformer from 400V mains voltage without a matching transformer.
More about Servo Amplifier of direct current XDC-230 series

This allows to use servo amplifier in cases where you need a smooth increase in speed and smooth braking of the mechanisms, such as electric drive of the universal lathes and milling machines, electric drive of the molding machines, drive of the printing equipment and rewinding machines.
Intensity adjuster working in the speed and torque control modes. The intensity of acceleration installed a 16- way switch SW2. When setting this switcher to " 0" the intensity of the acceleration of the motor is maximum. Setting the switcher to «F» corresponds to the set of smooth speed.

The updated version of the Servo amplifier XDC series added the following modes: speed control with usage of the encoder, as the feedback device, the position mode with signals control Pulse + / Pulse-(CW, CCW). Also added new types of protection: protection against over voltage on the DC bus and the control circuit integrity of the bit key.
